Dr. Steven Golinowski

Licensed Family Physician

Dr. Steven Golinowski has been a practicing Family Medicine physician in the Long Island community for the past 26 years. Dr. Golinowski's medical training began at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine where he received his Doctor of Osteopathgic Medicine (DO) degree.

First Dr. Golinowski completed a residency in family medicine, along with advanced training in sports medicine and medical education at Peninsula Hospital Medical Center. Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Golinowski maintains a very diverse background as the current Program Director for the Family Medicine residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip, NY over the past 25 years as well as the Medical Director of Martin Luther King Jr Health Center in Wyandanch, NY for the past 24 years. Other responsibilities have included Chief Medical Officer for the Massapequa School System and team physician for the WWE at events hosted in New York (Nassau Coliseum and Madison Square Garden). Dr. Golinowski has been an Assistant Clinical Professor at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY for for the past 25 years and is the president and one of the principal owners of South Shore Family Practice in Massapequa, NY.

Dr. Golinowski with years of experience and an affinity for hands on procedures has now taken the next step and entered the field of aesthetic medicine. He focuses on the objectives, health and needs of the patient, rather than attacking one specific obvious problem. Dr. Golinowski's artistic eye helps when it comes to develop individual treatment plans to enhance one's appearance. He utilizes multiple non-invasive modalities such as Botox, dermal fillers, facial aesthetic devices, cosmetic lasers and other aesthetic treatments. His aim is to create and implement an overall plan that will enable the patient to achieve a complete lasting rejuvenation.

I have been working as a licensed Occupational Therapist for over 25 years with an extensive diverse background in the area of Occupational Therapy. I have always had a special interest in skin care, wellness and food. All of my 4 children had significant issues with their skin, and had to be on harsh medications resulting in medical complications, scars and self esteem concerns. I decided that I could better serve my children and others if I was to go back to school and pursue a new career in medical aesthetics. I am a licensed aesthetician and certified in several advanced aesthetic treatments including microneedling, laser treatments for all skin types, hair growth, microdermabrasion and chemical peels.
